Justice

Should you be a leader, listen attentively to all who come before you, be careful to not interrupt them and let them have their say. 

They who have been wronged are soothed by a leader who is a good listener more than by receiving justice. 

If you break their speech, they will remember only that you did not listen. 

They can never receive all they desire but they are satisfied by having their words patiently heard.
